New frameless glass bath screen kit launched

Spiral showers are pleased to announce their latest range of stunning bath panel kits. Three models are available in the line up, an 800, 900 and 1000mm glass screen, each panel is made from high quality 6mm thick toughened safety glass with polished edges and measures 1500mm high. The kit includes premium chrome finished brass hinges and superior translucent seals.

When approached by the producers of a Channel 4 reality TV show to design, manufacture and install a 10mm thick, bespoke, 4 sided glass enclosure without fittings, our in-house design experts rose to the challenge even putting forward new design concepts that push the boundaries of glass technology in showers. The 2300mm high enclosure used custom, top and bottom powder coated (coloured orange!) rings to ensure firm and rigid structural stability that would stand-up-to even the most unforgiving guest on the show.

New Glazing Channel launch

Unnecessarily large and over proportioned glazing channels can often harm the overall look and feel of a glass shower enclosure, Spirals shower boffins are delighted for us to announce a less conspicuous channel that is available in two finishes, natural silver anodised and chrome-effect, electro-polished aluminium. An internal width of 11.5 mm makes it ideal for 8mm glass allowing for a 2mm spacer and 1.5mm spacer on the appropriate side, the depth has also be carefully chosen to allow for the necessary base packing for screw head clearance.
